1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 envelopes Fleischmann®RapidRise yeast
2 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 Cup very warm water (120 degrees Fahrenheit to 130 degrees Fahrenheit)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 Cup pizza sauce
2 oz pepperoni slices
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1.Mix the dough ingredients in a pre-sprayed 9-1 / 2-inch deep pie dish. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
2.Top the dough with slices of pepperoni. Press the pepperoni firmly into the dough. Sprinkle with cheese.
3.Bake in a cold oven; set the temperature to 350 degrees F. bake for 30 minutes or until ready.
If you use large slices of pepperoni, cut each slice in half or into quarters for easier serving.
If desired, the dough can be mixed in a separate bowl. Proceed as indicated above.
