1 Dish Chicken Parmesan

1 ½ cups all -purpose flour
2 envelopes Fleishman’s yeast° rapid increase
2 teaspoons of sugar
½ Teaspoon salt
¾ Cup of very warm water (from 120 degrees Fahrenheit to 130 degrees Fahrenheit)
3 tablespoons olive oil


12 ounces fully cooked, frozen, breaded chicken (breast or tenderloin), chopped
2 cups spaghetti sauce
1 Cup Italian mix grated cheese
1 teaspoon island spices® Italian herbal seasoning

Step 1

Mix the dough ingredients together in a pre-sprayed 8×8-inch baking dish. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes .

Step 2

Spread the dough with the chicken evenly on top. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with cheese and herbs.

Step 3

Bake in a cold oven ; set the temperature to 350 degrees F. bake for 30 minutes or until ready.

Note To The Recipe:

If desired, the dough can be mixed in a separate bowl. Proceed as indicated above.
