2 cups white sugar
1 Cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups grated zucchini 1 Cup chopped walnuts
1 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon orange zest
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1.Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and spices.
2.In in a large bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy. Add the sugar and continue whisking until then, until it is well blended. Add the butter, vanilla, zucchini, nuts, chocolate chips and orange zest. Mix the sifted ingredients. Turn the dough into two greased 9-by-5-inch bread pans.
3.Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) for 50 minutes or until the bread is ready. Remove the loaves from the pans and cool. Cool before slicing.
