1 Pea Salad Most Requested

Ingredients

2 (16 oz) packages of frozen small peas
6 ounces smoke-flavored almonds, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 Cup mayonnaise or more to taste
ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Put the frozen peas in a colander, rinse under cold water until completely thawed. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add almonds and onions; Maxwell. Fold the mayonnaise and black pepper into the pea mixture until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
